Over a short period of time, all wax will break down and
require more coatings (3 months or less).
CGA Nano 9H Ceramic is not a wax or sealant that will wash away or break
down over short spans of time.
CGA
is a nano-ceramic coating that forms a permanent adhesion to
the paint and can
only be removed through abrasion – NO
chemical can dissolve the coating,
it is true paint
protection.

CLAYING
WHAT IS CLAYING (CLAY BAR) AND WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?
Claying removes roughness and contamination that is bonded to the paint.
You can not get clear reflections without claying. Long lasting
protection can only
be achieved when the surface of your vehicle is as smooth as glass.
Start by washing and than rinsing your vehicle.
Then (while the vehicle is very wet) you should keep misting the
vehicle,
rub the claying cloth over small areas of the paint.
You will tell the difference immediately.
Do glass, chrome, and painted surfaces.

Q&A
What is Ceramic, Liquid Glass, 9H, Nano Technology?
The word ‘Nano’ comes from the Greek word meaning "dwarf" or
small and we now use the term in a scientific sense. When we
are speaking of Nano technology, we’re referring to size,
measured in billionths of a meter.
Is CGA Dangerous?
CGA is non-toxic and non-flammable. Think of
it as very pure glass. In a vapor, it is still glass, so
breathing large amounts is not recommended and precautions
such as ventilation should be considered.
How Big is a Billionth of a Meter or One Nanometer?
A nanometer (nm) is approximately 80,000 times thinner than
a human hair. CGA Liquid Glass coating is approximately
100nm thick (or thin!). This means that the completed
coatings are approximately 12 molecules thick per layer. To
make it easier to identify with, imagine that CGA is
approximately 500 times thinner than a human hair.
Does the Coating Change the Appearance or Texture of the
Treated Surface?
CGA is invisible to the naked eye. This means that when you
look at the applied surface all you see is shine, no mat, or
cover or sheet, etc.
The CGA coating doesn’t alter the appearance or texture of
the treated surface other then the light reflecting from it.
Some surfaces may appear to darken, and will have a higher
gloss.
How Do Nano Coatings Work and What Are the Benefits?
CGA Liquid Glass 9H Ceramic coatings are extremely durable,
flexible, super smooth, breathable and ‘Super Phobic’. Being
‘Super Phobic’ means that it repels oil , water, and
soiling. Dirt can attach, but will not bond,
infiltrate or damage the coating and will not stick to the
treated surface. Liquids such as red wine, or coffee, are
unable to penetrate the coating even on fabrics, suede or
leather. CGA can protect paint against paint-etching bugs,
tree sap, acid rain, and exhaust stains.
This is because the area is protected with a Nano scale
layer of glass. Most significantly, almost all treated
surfaces can be cleaned with water alone. Solvents and
cleaners are, generally, no longer required. This means
that, in most instances, environmentally damaging cleaning
chemicals are not needed.
On vehicles, CGA Nano coatings protects the typical soft
paint of your car.
As you read on you will see why.
Liquid Glass Nano Technology
CGA glass coatings – allow the end user to apply a
nano-scale layer of super-durable, super-phobic, highly
flexible glass to almost any surface.
CGA coating are ole and hydrophobic, you can clean with water alone. Testing by food-processing companies have shown that a standard hot water rinse, left liquid-glass-coated surfaces as sterile as normal surfaces doused with strong disinfecting bleach. The coating is also flexible and breathable, so it can be applied to both static and non-static surfaces.
Made almost entirely of pure silicon dioxide, liquid glass is harmless to the environment and could help the environment by rendering a variety of harsh cleaning chemicals obsolete.
Liquid Glass is food safe, it’s environmentally friendly
(winner of the Green Apple Award) and it can be applied to
almost any surface within seconds. Any surface that gets
coated with Liquid Glass becomes easy to clean and provides
exceptional anti-microbial protection (Winner of the NHS
Smart Solutions Award).
Once coated, surfaces like computer screens and cases on your mobile devices, sinks, cups, crockery, ovens, car windscreens (see StormX Nano Glass Shield), wedding dresses, jackets, ties, carpet, furniture (see, Interior Nano Guard) or any other protected surface become stain resistant and can be easily cleaned with water – cleaning chemicals may not be necessary.
SOME FACTS
SiO2 is the technical term for Liquid Glass. It is made
by extracting molecules of SiO2 – Silicon Dioxide – (the
primary constituent of glass) from quartz and sand.
These molecules are then combined with CGA proprietary
ingredients to form CGA 9H Nano Ceramic Coatings.
One of the many wonderful benefits of using CGA to protect
clothing is that your clothing still remains soft, while CGA
remains VIRTUALLY UNDETECTABLE.
Nano Technology actually creates a flexible and
breathable glass coating and with a thickness of
approximately 100 nanometers, makes it one of the most
incredible and versatile items ever for protecting virtually
any surface against almost any damage from hazards such as
water, UV radiation, dirt and bacterial infections. The
liquid glass coating is also flexible and breathable, which
makes it suitable for use on an enormous array of products
as well as its ability to block and withstand extreme heat.
Today, using CGA 9H Nano Ceramic you can add a protective
coat of "liquid glass" to just about anything by simply,
wiping or spraying it on.
The experimental use of Liquid Glass, specifically nano-scale
coatings began in the 1980’s. The development of commercial
applications began in the early 2000s as anti-graffiti
coatings.
The characteristics of CGA provide huge benefits:
1. There is an extremely low surface tension on areas coated
with Liquid Glass.
2. The technology creates a hydrophobic and simultaneously
an oleophobic layer where water or any oil based substance
and most chemicals are unable to penetrate and adhere to the
protected surface. (hydrophobic + oleophobic = superphobic)
3. The Liquid Glass layer is 200% flexible making it
suitable for both hard and soft surfaces. Moreover, this
flexibility ensures that the surface retains its original
properties preventing any alteration to its look and feel.
4. CGA Nano layers are acid and alkaline resistant.
5. CGA Nano layers can withstand extreme temperature
changes. Standard coatings can operate efficiently between
-30ºC up to 300ºC.
When applied it is imperative that the polymerisation process takes place allowing for the ultra thin layer of Liquid Glass to set correctly on the surface. What is amazing is that there are no glues or resins within the matrix of the structure of the coating. The Liquid Glass layer adheres to a surface through the Van Der Waals effect. This means that quantum forces draw the molecules to the substrate layer it is coating.
As a result any surface that is coated
with Liquid Glass Protection becomes easy to clean with
water and without the need of harsh cleaning chemicals.
Ceramic materials can be very hard and strong, ceramic can withstand extreme heat and chemical erosion that occurs in other materials subjected to acidic or caustic environments.
Ceramics generally can withstand temperatures that range from 1,000 °C to 1,600 °C (1,800 °F to 3,000 °F).
A glass is often not understood as a ceramic because of its amorphous (noncrystalline) character. However, glass making involves several steps of the ceramic process and its mechanical properties are similar to ceramic materials.
When CGA 9H Nano Ceramic combines with moisture in the air, the
bonding reaction will turn the liquid ceramic to a, transparent glass force field,
providing protection to the substrate for many years to
come.
CGA can be applied to uneven, rough surfaces without affecting the look or the feel.
It greatly reduces the surface energy, so that when fluids make contact with the surface, spherical droplets are formed that seem to magically roll-off, at the same time.
This revolutionary ceramic coatings greatest advantage is that it increases the surface hardness drastically to give outstanding anti-scratch capability.
CGA is a semi-permanent ceramic coating. It is easily applied by hand in 15-30 minutes and provides long-term shine and protection.
CGA becomes the surface of your vehicle's paint. The
inter-locking matrix formed by its molecular structure with
the surface molecules of your paintwork provides a far
superior coating that will not be washed off like a wax or
sealant.
