available to the public both online and by telephone and SOLD OUT a week before it was issued on June 5th. The
Philatelic Bureau announced availability on its website on the 22nd

In our opinion this tiny
quantity could not possibly meet the demand from MACHIN and PSB
Collectors. We also understand there was
also a delay in production and delivery.
Each Booklet is presented
within an exquisite specially-created display case together with a silver
Machin medallion which was handmade in the UK and has been struck in solid
sterling silver, weighing 97 grams (diameter 60mm). In addition, centrally
placed in the lid of the case is an original 4d stamp as replicated on the
Golden Anniversary Celebration Miniature Sheet. The cover of this Prestige
Stamp Book consists of duotone imagery with Silver Foil lettering.
Considering the quantities
of previous Limited Edition PSB’s: Star
Wars (1977), Queen’s 90th (1926), Beatrix Potter (1866) only a small
number of collectors will be satisfied.

PAYMENT - Payment is required within 10 days of the Auction or Buy It Now items. We prefer PayPal (in £ Sterling, US Dollars or Euros) however Postal Orders or Bank Drafts in Pound Sterling are acceptable. Cheques accepted, payable to: RUSHSTAMPS (RETAIL) LTD. (UK cheques allow 7 days - Foreign cheques up to 30 days to clear) When cleared, goods will be dispatched. Cash by Registered/Special Delivery. Foreign Currencies will be converted and credited at the current rate of exchange less any bank charges.
All items are sent at customers own risk unless we use Special Delivery/International Signed For/Recorded Delivery.

UK Shipping - 80p for standard first class up to 100 grams, £2.50 for larger (heavier items).
Signed For - £1.75 (up to 100 gms) or £3.50 (over 100 gms).
Special Delivery/Registered - £6.00 for up to 100 gms and £7.50 minimum for larger lots.
Worldwide Shipping - £1.50 for standard International Air Mail to Europe, or £2.50 minimum for larger (heavier) items.
Other International postal zones are £2.25 for standard Airmail Small Packet, and £3.25 minimum for larger (heavier) items.
£6.50 for International Signed For or £8.00 minimum for larger (heavier) items.
All items/sendings of £50 value and over will be posted with tracking by International Signed For overseas and within the UK by Signed For post unless £100 or over, then by Special Delivery/International Signed For, in order to have ebay/paypal Buyer and Seller protection.
EACH ITEM IS PACKED CAREFULLY WITH STRONG CARD TO ENSURE IT ARRIVES IN GOOD CONDITION.
Items with a combined value of less than £50 will be mailed by standard delivery (unless an alternative option is chosen and paid for at your own risk). If you pay for standard postage and the value is over £50, there is NO REFUND in the unlikely event of non-delivery or damage. We always obtain proof of posting.
The Post Office will no longer allow us to post Airsure or International Signed For to post office box addresses, therefore please provide a full physical address for mailing.
Returns Policy - All items are offered as they are advertised, scanned and/or photographed.
We always wish to try and sort out any problems before opening a case, so please send a message via eBay to us first. In the event that buyers are unhappy with their purchase, or there is a problem with an item/order, a refund including postage costs, (if we are at fault) will be made when the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
