Payment
Payment is required within 48
hours of auction closing. Items not paid for will be sold to the next
highest bidder or relisted. Immediate payment is required on all store
items and Buy-It-Now items.
Warranty
Unless otherwise noted above, all
our products come with up to 30 day warranties thru RNI Sales unless a
manufacturer’s warranty is still active.
Returns
Returned items must be in
the same condition as they were shipped. Returns for defective items
are accepted within 30 days of day of delivery.
We will exchange the unit or provide a refund if a replacement unit is
not available. New/Sealed items opened and returned for non-defective
reasons will have a 20% restocking fee added to return. Shipping costs for returned items that are
not defective is the responsibility of the buyer. We ship exactly as
described in auction. If manuals, software, packaging etc. are not
mentioned or photographed, they are not included. If package is damaged
in shipping, please provide photos of damage and keep all shipping
materials. Contact us and we can create
a claim through the shipping provider.
Instructions will follow. All
returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us for an
RMA number before shipping anything back. All unauthorized or non-defective
returns (example: wrong part ordered, wrong quantity ordered) will be subject
to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
The shipping amount listed covers
shipping, handling. Insurance may be an
additional charge beyond covered. We
have added insurance fee as a handling fee for items over $1000 USD. Please contact us if you do not need this

UPS: UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up
to $100.00 for each domestic package, international shipment, or pallet in a
UPS Worldwide Express Freight
USPS: With
some exceptions, Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance
and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50. For more valuable shipments,
additional coverage is usually available.

provided insurance capped at $100 for damages or losses if no value is declared

shipping rate is for UPS Ground service. If you have an
account with UPS or FedEx we can use your account to ship. Please provide us with your account number
upon purchase. Free shipping, when
offered, applies only to continental 48 US states. Contact us for
international or expedited shipping quote. Please do not proceed to
checkout if waiting for shipping quote. We use USPS on specific items
but cannot ship to PO Boxes via UPS.
