One tiny dark dot on front near the bottom, bottom hem has come loose over about 4 inches on front, as shown in the last photo. No holes, no other issues.

Tag size M, but fits much narrower than today's M, more like a XS. Please note measurements to avoid returns: laid flat measures 15.5" across chest (armpit to armpit), 25.5" length (top of collar to bottom of shirt).
