A few light stains on front pocket and lower back, as seen in the last two photos. No holes, no other issues.

Tag size M, but fits smaller than today's M, more like a S. Please note measurements to avoid returns: laid flat measures 17.5" across chest (armpit to armpit), 26.5" length (top of collar to bottom of shirt).
