Formulated with pH7 to minimise the harsh effect of salinity on the skin and ensure that the skin is not exposed to stress that leads to ageing.

In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with warm water.

Ingredients:    Aqua,  Glycerine, Lauric C12, Myristic, Stearic TP, Virgin Coconut Oil, Soap Chips, Sodium Lactate, Caprylic Triglyceride, Grapefruit Extracts
 
Extract for scent are based on each soap for sale.

Feedback
We want you to be satisfied with our products.  If there is any issue with your order, please allow us to resolve this until you are fully satisfied. We will leave you your feedback once the transaction is completed and you have confirmed through Buyers feedback that the item has arrived safely and you are satisfied.

Postage and Delivery
Dispatch usually takes place within 1 to 4 working days of receiving full payment, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order and during postal strikes 21 days.  We have no control over any disruption to the Postal Services. 

If you are not available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail Depot within 7 days.  If you do not collect the parcel, it will be returned to us.  We will charge another postage cost for reposting.


Every care is taken in sending goods to their correct destinations, so please make sure that you have a confirmed address registered at Ebay.


Distance Selling Regulation

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. The goods should be returned in their original packing and in their original condition.

Zen Personal Care will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned until they are received at our address.  We recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery.  Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, we will refund your debit/credit card/paypal account.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please note, we do not refund any carriage/postage charges paid.
