Before placing negative or neutral feedback or opening up a case, please allow us the opportunity to fix or resolve any dispute or problem. Order Processing and Shipping

We now offer 1 day processing…. Faster delivery time and FREE SHIPPING. Meaning, if your order comes in on Monday morning, it will generally ship Tuesday morning. Please keep in mind that the shipping warehouse does NOT open on weekends. Therefore, if your order comes in on a Saturday, it will be processed Monday morning. International and non-continental USA orders or processed within two business days. Continental USA orders are shipped via UPS. All other orders are processed through the United States Postal Service.

 

Dead on Arrivals (DOAs) and Replacements

Although we test all of our products before shipping, DOAs do happen from time to time. Our warranty will cover the damaged equipment and we will replace it at NO cost. All DOAs and replacements will ship via UPS GROUND SERVICE or USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of notification. If you need faster shipping times, the buyer will assume the difference in shipping costs.

 

Returns

If listing states that we accept returns, the conditions are:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Returned merchandise MUST be in the original packaging and original boxes for a return to be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment and will be liable for the merchandise until we receive it. What this means is that we strongly recommend insuring the merchandise for the invoiced amount. If we receive damaged goods, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or discount the value of the damaged goods from the refund. Please make sure that the returned merchandise is packaged well and insured to avoid issues. If original packaging is missing, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
