PACKING  & POSTAGE

Where-ever possible items will be sent via Australia Post with tracking unless a different service is requested specifically. Reduced postage charges apply to multiple purchases.

PAINT AND LARGER ITEMS WITHIN AUSTRALIA WILL BE SENT BY COURIER (AS AUSTRALIA POST DOES NOT HANDLE THESE) THEREFORE THE FREIGHT COST WILL VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR POSTCODE. PLEASE MESSAGE OR PHONE US WITH YOUR POSTCODE BEFORE COMMITTING TO BUY LARGE ITEMS OR PAINT. 

Please note that postage and handling costs include quality packaging, extra care & wrapping to avoid breakages in transit (although no responsibliity can be accepted for Australia Post),transport to shipping depot and staff labour to do all this!

Pick-Ups
  • Pick ups are welcome at our shop in Kilsyth, Victoria. (outer east of Melbourne) 
  • trading hours are normally mon-fri 9am-4.30pm and Sat 9am -1pm. Other times by appointment 
  • Our shop accepts all normal methods of payment.

Direct

Bank Deposit
  • Bank account details will be supplied during checkout.
  • Please leave item number as a reference when making payment. 
  • Payments take 1-2 working days to show in our account, after which your item(s) will be dispatched within 48hrs

 

Cheques & Moneyorders

  • Personal & Business Cheques are acceptable, however funds must be cleared before goods will be dispatched  
  • Money Orders are acceptable.

WARRANTY

All of our tools are covered by a 12 month warranty against defective manufacturing. The purchaser is responsible for returning the item to us or the manufacturer.  

Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or abuse by the purchaser.

Damage caused in transit by Australia Post is not covered unless you specify that postal insurance is required before paying for an item.
