This listing is for an incredibly rare reproduction anime cel from You're Under Arrest.  These cels were created 15 years ago for the release of the You're Under Arrest Motion Picture.  Officially licensed by Studio DEEN and created in a very small quantity.  Only 100 were created worldwide, this one being numbered 31/100. 

This cel is of extremely high quality and was hand-painted with a laser background.  The size is approximately 32cm x 47cm, and has never been removed from it's original wrapping or been put on display, and has been stored in a smoke free and climate controlled environment.  These were sold exclusively in Japan and are now almost impossible to find.  This cel is a must-have item for hardcore You're Under Arrest (and/or Natsumi and Miyuki) fans like myself.
