    1. We deliver the vast majority of our products around Australia and New Zealand to residential or business addresses only. Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is not permitted.
    2. 95% of our orders are dispatched the same business day once payment has been approved.
    3. Over 98% of orders shipped arrive within less than the maximum transit time.
    4. All items that were purchased, will be dispatched unless notified via email.
    5. Item/s will be dispatched immediately once payment has been made. Please contact us via email immediately if item/s will be picked up from our Peakhurst store.
    6. We do express delivery for all items but sometimes there may be delaying in transit. We are happy to follow up if item/s won't be arrived on ETA mentioned in the listings. This might happen for few locations like outer WA, NT or Far North QLD. Please expect couple of days more delay on ETA mentioned for customers who are located above areas.
    7. The shipping fee payable for Standard Delivery is calculated using our postage calculator
    8. It is the customer's responsibility to provide all relevant information regarding the delivery address and to ensure that the information provided is correct.
    9. If the customer provides incorrect information, Tyres n Wheels reserves the right to refuse delivery of the goods, or to require the payment of any additional fees associated with delivering the goods to the correct premises.
    10. If there is any expense, cost, loss or damage suffered by Tyres n Wheels as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for payment of that expense, cost, loss or damage.
    11. We recommend you immediately inspect the goods delivered to you, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description provided to you. if any goods have been incorrectly delivered to you, we will offer a re-delivery service and pick up at no cost to you. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will then arrange for the goods to be brought back to us for inspection.
    12. We reserve the ultimate discretion for the assessment and outcome of any goods that are brought back to us.
    13. Re-delivery charge is payable by the buyer.
  3. AUTHORISED TO LEAVE (ATL) DISCLAIMER

    1. It is the customer's choice as to whether Tyres n Wheels receives ATL permission. If the customer gives Tyres n Wheels ATL permission, our carrier may have authority to leave goods at the customer's nominated premises. Once goods are delivered to the customer's nominated premises, we are not responsible for any goods that are damaged and/or stolen at the premises.
    2. It is the customer's choice as to whether Tyres n Wheels receives ATL permission, unless the customer elects for Express Delivery. By electing for Express Delivery, the customer is giving Tyres n Wheels irrevocable ATL permission.
    3. Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 above also apply if the customer gives express or implied authority for another person to deal with Tyres n Wheels and this other person authorises Tyres n Wheels to leave goods at premises. Implied authority in this case may include, but is not limited to, the customer passing on their details, tracking number etc., to another person and/or falling to take all reasonable steps to ensure safe receipt of the goods at the nominated premises.
  1. Refunds and Returns

    1. Tyres n Wheels will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified later than this period.
    2. Only unused products that have not been mounted or driven on, are eligible for return.
    3. Returns must be requested in writing using our Return Form online. Items must be completely repackaged in the original packaging and we will arrange for the return.
    4. Once the item is returned and inspected, the credit amount will be calculated as follows:

      Refund Amount = Total Amount - Tyres & Wheel's Postage and Handling Return Costs.

    5. The customer is responsible for all charges involved in returning the items
    6. Some items/special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy. If they are accepted they may incur a 50% handling charge
    7. All Returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the customer's Invoice number, full name, contact number, address and a brief description of the issue that the customer would like to address; as well as a copy of the original invoice, showing the full name, contact number and address of the customer.
    8. Any cancellation of order/s by the customer will incur 10% restocking fee and both ways freight cost must be paid by customer if item/s have been dispatched. We accept 30 days money back guarantee for all items if they are faulty.
    9. Where Tyres n Wheels considers the goods to have breached an Tyres n Wheels Warranty noted on this website or arising by law, Tyres n Wheels will process a Refund.
    10. Refunds will be made by Tyres n Wheels as follows:
    11.     a. Credits will be issued to the credit card user on the order; and
    12.     b. If the payment received was by cash or EFT, we will process the refund by way of EFT.
  2. Delivery and Damage Claim

    1. If packaging has visible damages on receipt of the goods you must notify the DFE driver immediately, mark the con note as damaged & contact us immediately. Failure to act in each case may mean any claim being refused by us. All deliveries must be fully checked for completeness & any damages in transit within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
    2. If your delivery has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Tyres n Wheels immediately. Damaged items must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return and replacement
  3. Material and Manufacturer Claim

    3.1 Tyres

    1. We guarantee quality of all brand new tyre/s we supply and install for life of the tyre/s. If you discover a manufacturer's fault after you purchase, the disputed tyre must be returned at customer expense to our store. We will notify you the outcome of dispute as soon as possible.
    2. The warranty is not applicable to tyre/s, which have been subject to have puncture due to nails/screws, presence of chemicals, adverse weather conditions and impact damages on road use. If tyre tread is worn more than 20%, we will replace tyre/s on a pro-rata basis (For example, if a tyre is 40% worn, 60% of the cost of the replacement tyre will be covered while you only pay 40% of the cost).

    3.2 Wheels

    1. All our brand new wheels are covered by a life time structural warranty. There is a duty of care by the customer that care instructions for any alloy wheel must be strictly followed. If you discover a manufacturer's fault after you purchase, the disputed wheel must be returned to our store. The warranty is not applicable to products, which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions and impact damages on road use.
    2. If there is any problem, we will gladly replace them under the following conditions:

      1)    Brake dust shall not collect on these wheels due to the fact that Brake Dust crystallises and becomes caustic (like an acid).

      2)     If car is to be taken to a car wash, neither acidic cleaner nor polished shall be used on the wheels otherwise the clear protective coating of the wheel will be stripped causing flaking or peeling which is will make our warranty void.

      3)     Proof of purchase must be provided in case of a warranty claim.

      4)     Warranty is valid for original purchaser of the products and will not be passed on to second owner.
