We try to describe our items as best that we can through pictures and description. If you receive your item and are not satisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation. Customer service is important to us, and it’s our primary goal to make sure that you have a great Ebay experience.


Returns


Upon receiving the item, please check the item over to make sure you are satisfied. Our policy is to accept returns as long as the item has not been used/worn and is in the same condition as it was received. If you receive your item and would like to make a return, please contact us immediately for return authorization. We will be happy to guide you through the process.


Return shipping/refunds: Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. For all returns, we kindly ask that the buyer be responsible for a 15% restocking fee, which helps to cover our inventory and original shipping costs.


*For returns due to listing error (e.g. incorrect size, color etc.); we are happy to absorb the cost of original shipping and waive the restocking fee.


Import Duties/Taxes


Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. In addition we do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price or mark items as “gifts” as United States government regulations prohibit the falsifying of customs documents.
