Delivery charges can be found on the eBay "Postage & Payments" tab at the top of the listing.
We take immense care whilst packing your order to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been processed and payment has been cleared then your item will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, and same day if ordered before 2pm.
Expedited(Fast) delivery service is available to the UK only via Roayal Mail Special Delivery

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class/48): 5-7 Working Days
Royal Mail First Class/24 Delivery: 2-3 Working Days
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next Working Day
Ireland, Europe & Rest of World: Up to 28 Working Days
Royal Mail make one delivery attempt, items will then be held at the local sorting office for a period of 5 working days at which point they will be returned to us and a re-delivery cost will apply. Please check with the local sorting
office first before contacting us regarding the delivery of your item. Although items are logged at the local sorting office, the national telephone line are unable to process queries for untracked items.
Returns
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AGREED BY US - PLEASE USE THE EBAY RETURNS PROCESS– Sending an item back without a “Returns Authorisation” will result in longer returns process and possible rejection.
Unwanted Items
We offer a 30 days returns policy. PLEASE NOTE Under the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the statutory right to return any item within 14 working days of receiving
it for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. We will not refund any postage costs associated with returning your unwanted item to us. We cannot refund or exchange any opened item unless
it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. All items must be returned in unopened packaging.
Faulty or damaged goods
You may return an item which has been received damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund. Before returning any item(s) please contact us. Please provide as much information as possible
of the fault or damage and in the case of damaged items please provide photographs so that we are able to process your return quickly.
Haynes Manuals
Please check the back of the manual for correct coverage prior to breaking the cellophane seal. We will not accept returns of any manuals that have been opened. Manuals that have been taken out of their
cellophane wrapper will be rejected as a return unless faulty.
