Heads, lower arms and legs are crafted of bisque porcelain, facial features are meticulously hand painted and costuming is hand-cut, hand shaped and hand sewn.

Contributing to the authenticity of this collection, each doll bears the Hallmark of Heritage Mint Limited fired into the bisque porcelain.

Everyone loves a clown! The clown is a very special person. He loves to entertain. he brings us joy. His rewards are a grin, a big smile, a hearty laugh or a round of applause. Handmade and hand- decorated, each character is completely faithful to the historic make-up and costuming of the world's most famous clowns.

The bright colorful costumes are of satin, trimmed with lace, ribbons, pom poms and bows. Each carries his own circus prop, too-- balloons or flowers.

The forlorn-looking hobos in their wrinkled, patched clothing and floppy hats are heart-warming little fellow which complement the clown collection.
