You get all 12 designs shown, buttons are brand new, ONE INCH, with bright images, high quality metal backs, shiny plastic mylar coverings and copper pinbacks. The white spots are glare from my cameras flash and are not on the buttons themselves. BUTTONS MEASURE ONE INCH ACROSS, about the size of a quarter coin.
