They can be 15mm front with a dt Swiss endcap kit (in case you needed some light 29er race wheels!)

XD cass body! They can be Shimano 11 speed but you will need a DT Swiss free hub body. As you may or may not know, DT Swiss makes higher end Syncros wheels.
