Nice Pair of Sidi Wire size 44 in white vernice. Excellent shape , new heel pads.
All hardware is rock solid. A sidi 44 is between a 9.5 and a 10 US. I wear a 43 in Ecco shoes, a 10.5 in Saucony running shoes and 44 in Sidi. I use a thin sock and custom insoles but if you prefer more space a 44.5 might work better.
There is a small superficial scrape on lateral side of right shoe. I think it looks worse in pics than it does in real life. The grey color of shoe is smeared a little, lorica is hardly bruised. Trust my ratings and description, if there was a problem I would tell you. The buckle on that shoe is also scraped but totally functional. The last 3 pics before size chart 'highlight' the flaws.
Pre-owned Sidi shoes are a bargain, the leather like fabrics they use (Lorica) last forever and do not stretch or hold odor. Sidi shoes are the standard to which all other cycling shoes are compared.
The retail price is steep, but when you factor in resale or the amortized value they are the intelligent choice.
Like any top of the line piece of equipment, they are built to last, with modular parts that can be replaced or repaired.
