Vintage men’s Omega Automatic Geneve Seamaster caliber  550 wristwatch Swiss Made

 

Geneve: Caliber 550 OXG Movement serial# 268----.

 

 

This listing is for a beautiful 1968 vintage Omega Geneve Seamaster  with the iconic Cal 550 with 17 jewels Automatic movement. 

 

 

 

This watch has been professionally cleaned and oiled and it is running strong and keeping excellent time and reserve.

Dial and Hands- 100%Omega Original signed Omega Automatic Geneve and SWISS MADE on the bottom.

Dial is in good vintage condition with a few minor spots.

Case: Stainless steel-showing normal signs of use- please refer to the pictures for more details.

 

The case measures approximately 35-mm excluding the crown.  Please see photos.  

 

Movement condition- very good-cleaned and oiled by the best watchmaker in town with more than 35 years of experience and specialized in Omega Swiss watches. He cleaned and oiled the movement; value of $300. Also he installed o new gasket on the back cap.


Crystal: Omega original with the omega logo on it-in good and clear shape with no visible scratches (just a very small crack between eight and nine). Please refer to the photos for exact condition. 

 

Crown: 100% Omega original signed crown. 



Strap: the watch comes with a NEW genuine leather crocodile pattern high quality and an Omega stainless still buckle.  I’m not sure if is Omega original.  

 

Also, it comes with a generic box (model and size may vary depending on availability)

 

 Please note pictures show much more “spots and imperfections” than in reality because I used a macro lens. Actually, in reality it is looking much nicer with the vintage patina on it.

Warranty

I offer three mounts warranty on the watch (for normal use). If the case is opened the warranty will by voided. No exceptions. The watchmaker sealed the caps, he will know for sure if the case was opened or not.

If you don’t want or care about the warranty, you can feel free to open the case and look inside, but the warranty will be voided; again no exceptions.

Please note this watch was not cheeked for waterproof.

Also the warranty will be voided if you were your watch while you preform any type of heavy work or sport activities that require lots of excessive shacking, moving excessively of your hands. The warranty is available only for USA.
