Tampering with our warranty or date labels will VOID all warranties

All purchases come with 30 days functionality warranty. Unless otherwise noted it.

Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped

Returns for defective items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. 

We will exchange the unit or provide a refund if a replacement unit is not available. 

Customer must get return approval from us before returning the item.  Without return approval, the return will be refused and sent back to the customer. 

Shipping costs for returned items that are not defective are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We ship exactly as described in the listing.  If manuals, software, packaging etc. are not mentioned or photographed, they are not included. 

All unauthorized or non-defective returns (Example: wrong part ordered, wrong quantity ordered) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

Items ship within 24 hours, after payment received (Except Weekend or Holiday).

The quoted shipping rate is for FedEx or USPS service. 

(We will choose whatever we think is appropriate).

We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for international.

No local pickup or use of buyer’s own carrier account.

Shipping is not refunded and restocking fee applied for returns.

No PO Boxes for FedEx. Please provide a physical address for FedEx.
