It includes the sliding Hard cover with the original two sided instruction card inside the cover.  It has all four rubber cover feet intact.

All functions are working, it has good screen character clarity, the keys do not stick, the battery compartment is clean, and the single CR2032 button battery reads 3.33 Volts like new.
