In really good condition, no sim card it's AT&T. Not positive if it was unlocked I bought it used for granddaughter to use with wifi for games but she got a tablet. Comes with charging cable in great shape too. We really didn't end up using it. I erased all content so I cant remember how many gigs etc it has sorry.
