You are looking at a listing for a Hallmark Merry Miniature called "TREE". The figure was available at Hallmark Stores in 1982.  A happy Christmas tree is wearing a Santa hat.  Measures about 2-7/8" high.

The Merry Miniature was previously displayed.  The glitter on the hat has aged through the years.  Gold seal is intact.
