*Like any outdoor metal product, if the coating is scratched or chipped it will need to be touched up with suitable good quality paint, ideally with rust inhibiting properties. Nuts & bolts on the fittings must be painted after fitting. Metal products, gates and fencing may need to periodically be completely overpainted to ensure long life. It is up to the owner to inspect their property and effect repairs as and when needed. No warranty is offered on the coating. Any rusting is not concidered a warranty claim because the owner must look after their own property.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Returns arranged by us on your behalf will be subject to charges which we are happy to discuss with you. Outbound postage is non-refundable.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and where possible in the original packaging. Please ensure it is fully covered with no bare metal showing as this may cause the courier to refuse the collection.
