• International Shipping Policy

We strive to service the international community just as effectively as our local customers. We offer a low cost First Class Shipping via USPS which provides tracking as long as package is still within US borders. Once the package leaves the United States, it cannot be tracked or redirected.  For this reason, we encourage our international buyers to upgrade their shipping option to provide a more trackable, effective, and faster shipping experience by contacting us prior to checkout. All orders placed without any international shipping upgrades or requests will be processed through our basic First-Class Shipping, at the buyer's discretion when it leaves the United States. 

• Buying and Offers

Please submit all questions regarding items prior to submitting an offer or purchase. Our qualified and responsive team will gladly answer all your inquiries before committing to any item, since no exchanges or annulation are accepted once an order is placed (refer to return policy), unless item is received defective or damaged.

We encourage all our customers to closely examine their equipment to determine what tube is required as BangyBang takes no responsibility for buyers who mistakenly purchase the inadequate tube. Buyer has full responsibility of proper use of the tube, any item that is jeopardized due to unqualified use (inputting tube in the wrong socket, uncalibrated voltage, dropping the tube, and so forth) will not be covered by BangyBang's return policy. Any credit requested for improper use of the tube is fully at our discretion and is not guaranteed and/or covered by our store policy. 

• Photographs

BangyBang is dedicated to providing the highest quality pictures to ensure our buyers have a concise depiction of what they are bidding for or purchasing. All print, codes, discoloration, oxidation and other cosmetic defects will be clearly displayed in every listing, as all our tubes are sold “as is”. All items indicated as NOS, an acronym used to describe "New Old Stock", refer to items manufactured 30 to 70 years ago. Although not all items show cosmetic evidence of age, we provide high-resolution images that  show exact condition of item listed.

• Return Policy

At BangyBang we are dedicated to providing a first-class customer service experience along with our high-quality tubes. We work on every issue, question, and customer on a case to case basis to provide tailored solutions to each buyer, prior, during, and after their transaction with us. We encourage all our customers to contact us directly after the reception of their item, with any questions or concerns associated with the purchase. We address every issue brought to our attention in a fair and equable manner to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please note, all issues must be reported directly to our store to guarantee all returns and issues are fulfilled through eBay guidelines and restrictions. All cases opened through Paypal, with or without notice, will not be considered.

All claims must be disclosed no longer than 14 days after reception of the package. We take full responsibility for defective tubes, and will dispatch a replacement tube within 2 business days after package is shipped back to our facility. We will test the defective tubes, and charge a 25% restocking fee only if our testing shows no sign of defect. If the items do show defect, we will dispatch a new replacement package free of charge. All returns must include RMA# and tracking number, to ensure all requests are processed efficiently.
