Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. See the item listing details for specific delivery time for this item. We ship next business day or same business day depending our availability. If you have any questions regarding delivery time please message us. We ship many Saturdays, but can't guarantee it.

Collectibles, Vintage, and Rare items: Our shipping prices might be higher than others for these items because we always ship them in a box and via Priority Mail (or better). We love the items we sell as much as you and don't want to see them destroyed.
Packaging: All items are professionally packed. To save you money and help the environment, we recycle shipping material when possible. Still we will always make sure your item is packed with the utmost care and protection.
Feedback policy: We work very hard to provide you with the BEST prices, FASTEST shipping and excellent customer service. If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will always leave you feedback within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds: We offer refunds on all items not marked "AS-IS". You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping charges. If the item is defective we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund including shipping. New opened software, electronics, audio books, CDs and DVDs are not returnable unless defective. All serial numbers are recorded and items are heavily photographed before being shipped out.
