Original LCD of this Sony A300 Camera has been replaced with AUO version of LCD.  Please see photos. AUO LCD does not have as sharp display as original LCD, but it is sufficient to view the camera menu setting, and set the camera setting in the menu. However, photos displayed in the AUO LCD is hard to view, please keep in mind, that does NOT affect photo quality, this is ONLY the LCD. Photos are great after download to PC.  The Sony A300 camera has view finder, so no need to use LCD when taking photos, and it takes great photos.

Also include a Minolta 28-80mm AF lens and it works well with auto focus on this Sony A300 camera body, which is a plus for Sony Alpha camera body, that are compatible with excellent but vast and cheap Minolta AF lenses. 

Minolta AF lens, the "red dot" is no longer "red", the red dot is used to lined up the lens to mount to the Sony body. The "red dot" is a small plastic ball that was glued to the place, and that "red dot" ball is missing. The place where the red dot is now marked red dot using marker pen. It does not impact mount the lens to the body, it does not affect the operation of the lens, the lens works great both AF and MF. Just needs to be reported here. 

The capability of Sony A300 such as image stabilization on the body can not be found on many popular brands of consumer level DSLRs, which rely on image stabilization on the lenses, which alone would cost $$$.  It is hard to beat the cost of ownership advantage on Sony Alpha DSLR.

Priced accordingly. If you need a Sony A300 with original LCD, please do not purchase.
