To ensure all our orders arrive quick and safe we dispatch via a fast post service (subjecy to anything unforseen) on the next available working day via tried and trusted courier/postal servives. (PLEASE DO NOT COUNT THE WEEKEND AS A POSTAL OR WORKING DAY).

To keep our prices competitive we offer free postage on 99% of our items (Please see individial listings).

All uk postal rates quoted in our listings (including free and fast) are for the UK mailand only, certain postcodes (including some highland and islands) will incur additional charges. If unsure, please ask first.

PLEASE NOTE;

1 - delivery times are not guaranteed.

2 - all customers are responsible for making themseves available for deliveries, most items above £20.00 (and some below) will require signing for.

3 - We are happy to help with any delivery issues - Please contact us asap and Please do not put it off to the last minute.

4 - The courier company will only make three delivery attempts - the third only after being contacted by the buyer. Any refusual of deliveries or customer fault non deliveries will incur a £15.00 non delivery / return to base surcharge (this charge is non negotiable).
