Payment:
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards and e-Check . DoorStepInk is a PayPal verified vendor and you can use your credit card or bank account to make your payment securely through PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We are required by law to charge 9.0% sales tax on orders shipped within California. This rate is in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization's current rate for Los Angeles County.

Shipping:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders.
DoorStepInk only ships to the 48 contiguous US states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

International orders are available for an additional cost. Detailed information regarding shipping options and their rates can be found under the “Shipping and Payments” tab on each listing.

Once payment has cleared, orders are generally processed within 24 hours (except weekends and major holidays). We ship via USPS First Class Mail (depending on the total weight and/or value of an order we may also ship USPS Priority, Fed Ex or UPS).

Orders received after 2:30PM PST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Once shipped, tracking information will become available and be sent via an e-mail notification.
