The lens is in excellent+ fully working condition with moderate signs of use on the body (see photos for details). The optics are clear, without haze, fungus etc. and with some usual for old lenses dust inside. If you look close you`ll see some tiny cleaning marks and 1 small scuff on the front glass coating that can not affect picture quality. The barrel is clean. The aperture blades are free of oil.

Comes with a cap.
Not tested with a camera.
