The C6 CHORD CHART FOR 10 STRING PEDAL STEEL GUITAR is an 8.5"x 11" laminated chart showing 48 chords x 12 locations.  Included are: Majors, sevenths, minors and minor sevenths chords.  The tuning is C-F-A-C-E-G-A-C-E-G.  Use is 5 pedals and 3 knee levers, look at the photos for pedal tunings.  The 'V' is for a lever above the left knee.  So, if you do not have the V, there are 12 configurations for every chord.  Try it!
