MEASURING FOR REPLACEMENT SLATS - Standard Hangers

  1.  Unclip one of your current vertical blind slats and lay it down on a FLAT surface
  2.  Measure the length of the vertical blind fabric only as it lays on the table.Do NOT include the any part of the hanger that sticks out of the fabric, and do not undo any stitching or glue. We advise using a metal tape measure for accurate measurements.
  3. Use these exact measurements when messaging us for your replacement slats order.

Important ordering information - PLEASE READ
  • Please double check all measurements before ordering. Your new blinds are made specifically to your measurements and we cannot exchange or replace blinds that are ordered in the incorrect size or colour
  • Please note that we try our best to represent the fabric colour to its truest form via our listing pictures, however these can show differently on different devices and we will not be responsible for slight colour variations between monitors, tablets or mobile phones.
  • The fabric listed is a dim out light filtering design which includes top hanger with the option to deduct 5mm from the overall length by hooking onto the next 'ladder step' up
  • We offer a free sample service to customers who would like to see and feel the fabric in person and colour match any furniture. To order free samples, simply message us with the relevant details in order for us to do this.
  • we will only accept measurements in CM, MM and INCHES
  • Maximum slat length we can supply on this listing is 96 inches / 2440 mm. If you need a slat longer than this please contact us for further information on how we can assist.

Where incorrect information or sizes have been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances. After all we have done our job correctly by making the sizes you requested.
However, accidents happen and we are all human. If you have supplied incorrect information and would like your blinds remaking or replacing, then we would be happy to do this at a discounted price as a gesture of good will.
If we supply incorrect sizes or faulty goods then we would replace or refund as standard practice.
If by some chance we have supplied wrong sizes or faulty goods please do not be discouraged if we ask for picture or video evidence to support your case.
We would not change any part of your original sizes when replacing goods.
