This is a used modulator unit. Pulled from service from a local university.
The unit was plugged in to a wall outlet, and the channel indicator lit up.
Aside from a "power on" test, no further testing has been performed.
The unit is assumed to be in working order, but it's being sold as-is.
Overall good physical condition. Some damage to the power cord. (See photo.)
