Shipping Methods

Two shipment method are as following:

1.    Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail.

2.    Hong Kong Post EMS (extra shipping fee is needed. Please send mail for the exactly fee).

3.    Extra Shipping Fee needed delivery to South America, Middle East and Africa.

Please do not hesitate to ask for more details about shipping fee.

* Mailing address must same as PayPal invoice.

* Shipment maybe delay due to custom check or weather conditions.

7 – 10 days delivery to Asia

7 – 15 days delivery to USA / Canada / Australia

7 – 30 days delivery to Europe / South America / Middle East / Africa

Returns / Exchanges Policies

Buyers are protected by 14 DAYS ITEM RETURNS GUARANTEE policy after the arrival of the package to the destination.

* Please check the parcel immediately upon received. 

* Please CONTACT US before returning the item. Buyer should provide

 strong evidence (i.e. Photo) to show the item(s) is manufacturing

 defected OR damaged. Return without our approval will not be

 processed.

* We reject all USED/ OPENED item(s) for return. Any damage resulted from

 improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy.

* If the item(s) sold in free shipping.  Buyers should pay for the shipping fee

 of the item(s) if ask for full refund.  The shipping fee will deduct from the

 item(s) selling price before refund to buyers.

* Buyer should handle the shipping charge for returning the item(s). We will

 pay for the shipping fees if it is our mistake on sending the wrong item(s).
