·        Personalised with your names and date in all three sections. Welsh or English. Exact same text on all spoons. max 50 characters. Samples are also engraved with exact same text. PLEASE NOTE Samples are not engraved with your personalised details. You will receive a generic sample piece.

PERSONALISATION INSTRUCTIONS:

·        After you have added the goods to your basket, please leave a note.. *where it states ''ADD A MESSAGE'' on your order before checking out via paypal.

·        We will need the names & date/text that you require to be engraved as soon as possible. Please note* we copy and paste, so make sure the spelling/grammar and punctuation is correct. If you purchase samples, and do not add the engraving details, we will send them blank. With no personalisation.

·        No proof is sent out.

·        We will use the details you send us to personalise.

·        Allow between 5-15 working days for cutting, engraving of goods. The despatch timescale for all our personalised products does vary at different times of the year. eg: Peak wedding Season, Christmas etc.  Please see the estimated delivery shown on the listing page before ordering to ensure you have left enough time to receive your goods. 

SHIPPING:

·        Orders are sent out free via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.

·        If you require a quicker delivery method please choose this option when ordering, however, this does not prioritise your order.

·       We are extremely busy at peak times: eg: run upto christmas & wedding season - please consider this when ordering.

·        Working hours are between 9am-4pm.

·        We do not work evenings and weekends.
