Brand new in package, Wolff Fording Rose Pink Tutu with lightly wired RUFFLE (ruffle is on the top layer). Headpiece (the small twirly item) and shrug (the longer twirly item)  included.   Size is Small Child.  The color is Wolff Fording's Rose.  I've shown a close up of the lightly wired edging on the ruffle which gives it stiffer quality to really stand out. Great costuming item for dance or pageants.  I struggled with showing the right shade of pink.  It's not hot pink, it's Wolff Fording's Rose. The catalog pics are there to show you how the headpiece and the shrug are worn and they're shown in an incorrect color. The shrug is put behind the neck and then pulled under the arms and tied in the back.   There was no catalog pic with this particular tutu in the correct color. gmrm/dnsbx11
