Produced by Heathkit during the 1980's. It was assembled by an a professional technician and works as expected.   This counter accurately measures frequencies from 10 Hz to 225 Mhz. Has a dual time gate, (switch selected 1 second or .1 second). Display is 8 digit red LED(see pics).

2 position frequency range switch and dual time gate switch makes this counter extremely versatile 
Original complete construction and operating manual included.
