Released on June 3, 1995 and retired on June 15, 1996, Flutter beanie only came with 3rd generation swing tag. There is no such thing as 2nd generation or 4th generation Flutter. Every Flutter beanie is unique due to its tie-dyed wings. This particular Flutter is so BEAUTIFUL!  Striking colors on her plushy wings! Flutter has been authenticated by True Blue Beans, sealed inside an acrylic case with the Certificate of Authenticity and graded MWMT (Mint With Mint Tags) - Museum Quality! Please see the photos.
