Will this install on 1500 series? Yes, but does not include the Weight Dampener to reduce vibration on lighter trucks.  To remedy, remove the Dampener from your existing 1500 steering wheel (gray weight with 4 yellow plugs under center of steering wheel) and insert into the replacement steering wheel. This is the only difference between the 1500 Steering wheel and 2500/3500 trucks with similar control switch features. Contact Autowoods for additional questions.
