This camera comes with the original box, directions, CD's, and cables.  Also includes a single working battery, charger, and 32GB SanDisk Ultra Card.   Additionally there is an aftermarket floating device (the yellow foam item shown in the photos) that keeps the camera afloat in water.   The second photo shows the camera powered on and working LCD screen (in the back).
