Handling time

We aim to dispatch your item quickly however it may take up to 48 - 96 hours near holiday seasons. If you have not receive a tracking number within 3 days, please contact us via eBay messaging and we will sort out your order as soon as we can.

Our express parcels comes with a tracking number for you to track the item online. Tracking numbers are usually uploaded around evening time after we have dispatched your item the same day or within 24 hours.

When your order is processed and shipped off, Australia Post Expreses delivery will normally take approximately 1 business days if to a metro area, and longer if to a rural country area (2 to 3 business days).

Returning an item within 30 days

1. Returning Brand New Sealed items: No Hassle full refund returned when delivered

2. Returning non-faulty items: Please contact us via eBay Messaging prior returning the item

3. Returning faulty items: Please also contact us via eBay Message prior returning the item, then we will reply you with our return address

4. DOA (Item dead on arrival): We inspect all our goods as soon they arrive into our warehouse to ensure this does not occur. If in the unlikely event you received an item that is dead on arrival, contact us via eBay messaging immediately. Items that are already faulty or damaged upon delivery, please also include photographic evidence of the damage to us via eBay messaging, one of our staff will be here to assist you.

Return Postage

Upon receiving our return instructions, please post the item back to us within a sensible time frame. Also reply to us once you have sent it with tracking number and once we receive it our service team will inspect the item and we will initiate your swap over/refund. Include the return postage reciept in the package and your PayPal address for a quicker refund process

This item comes with a 12 Month Warranty

A 12 month service warranty back to the seller covers mechanical faults only, we do not accept physical, accidental damages, or water damages, these type of damages will void your warranty service with us. Once warranty is void we can only repair the item on your cost upon request. *Any outside work or DIY done on the item will also void the warranty.

We recommend buyers to protect their items as much as possible during this 12 month period. Some cosmetic damage will void the warranty entirely as it indicates physical / accidental damage. Daily wear and tear is acceptable.

Upon successful claiming your warranty, we will repair your item for free.

We recommend to keep the original product packaging if possible. If in the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, buyers will bear the responsibility for safely packaging and any damage that may occur in transit.
