However, shipping and handling can take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date! We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage, however, shipping damage is still a possibility.
Transit times are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

The courier service delivers goods anytime between 7.30am- 6.30pm weekdays only.
It's a customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the goods. If no one can receive the parcel please leave a note with instructions for the driver in your order.
All unwanted items must be returned complete and in a re-saleable condition at the buyers expense.
