It is MUCH stiffer and MORE springy in comparison to aluminium wires - Your model / Jewellery / Artwork etc will not just bend out of shape by accident!
This wire requires tools to fashion properly - Using scissors and wrapping around your fingers will not yield optimum results!
For comparison the picture shows how it behaves being bent using fingers alone.
There is hard and springy wire (for securing the coil I use this medium-hard aluminium which has almost no spring-back)
For floristry, craft work, jewellery making, bonsai plant training, fishing lures and countless other uses
Ideal for more structural work such as art projects, plant training etc which rely on the wire for its strength, and where its smaller diameter / higher strength compared to aluminium is an added advantage
