FC12T4/865/LG 12W T4 6400K 5.45" Diameter Circline Fluoescent Lamp Bulb

This is a brand-new circular fluorescent replacement bulb used in magnifying lamps, mirrors, and desk lamps by a wide variety of manufacturers.  

The lamp is a T4 design, so the tube is 1/2 inch in diameter. The outside diameter of the lamp is 5.45 inches.  The connector has four brass pins arranged in a square, facing outside the bulb. 

The 6400-degree color temperature simulates bright daylight illumination.

These lamps come in two sizes (4.75 inches and 5.45 inches), and has the four pins facing the outside, so make sure you are ordering the right lamp, before you buy.
