I try to be as descriptive as possible with cosmetic imperfections. Battery cycles is 696. The exterior casings has multiple surface scratches on top and bottom. Gouges along edges. Keyboard is in acceptable shape some keys are shinny from wear and tear of use one of the keys (The coating on the period key has been chipped and shown in close up pic) . The palm-rest is shinny from use. Also on the palm-rest there is a tiny dent, shown in picture, I try to point out with a pen however dent is so small barely comes out in picture. Screen has no dead pixels however screen suffers from severe screen de-lamination of anti reflective coating,when screen is turned off delam is noticeable, once computer screen is on delam still noticeable just less( shown in pictures, pictures were taken outside in the light so severity of screen delam can be seen) Once again please understand computer is used. ******COMPUTER DOES NOT INCLUDE POWER ADAPTER, computer comes fully charged******Computer is in perfect working order. The computer does not include original box, instructions or media cd / recovery cd.**** No manufacturer warranty left on computer*******due to the value of the product if you wish for signature upon delivery please let me know at time of purchase.
