Our flush mount wood floor vent is a solid wood construction, and our wood species variety includes red oak, white oak, walnut, and maple. This type of wood floor register includes convenient opening with a tongue and groove design. Our flush mount vent sits flush with 3/4" hardwood floor. Floor Mechanics registers are designed to lay flat with the surface of the hardwood flooring, to be a solid wood construction with flush mount structure, and are ideal for supply air. The frame is set permanently while the vent is removable to permit cleaning of the duct throat. It is recommended that our floor vent be installed during the installation of your hardwood flooring.
