Returns:

We are more than happy to accept returns. the item must be returned in its original (new & able to resell) condition with all packaging (box, package etc.) intact. DO NOT PUT THE PACKING TAPE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGE. THIS WILL RESULT IN A 40% TAX.

For exchanges, the buyer must cover the shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. 2nd class postage is £ 4.00 or 1st class £ 5.50

If you want to return your item and do follow the following steps:
(1) Contact us via eBay messages to let us know that you want to return your item - if opening a case returns, it must be closed before we send replacements.
(2) Take a note within the package with your username & reason for return (refund or exchange).
(3) Send via the post office or reputable courier. Should you return due to a failed item or packaging error, a link to a return label may be provided at our expense. Please make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service as we cannot refund for items lost in transit.   
(4) As soon as we receive the item back we will process it within 48 hours. Refunds will be completed once the return has been processed. All returns due to buyer's mistake are minus shipping costs plus 7% tax. If our shipping costs are free, we will charge the standard amount for 2nd class £ 4.00 or 1st class £ 5.50. Exchanges will be dispatched within 2 business days after the return has been processed.
(5) Please note if they are returning for a different format or a year, then there will be a £ 4.00 (2nd class) payment delivery to the paypal address you sent the original money too. Or alternatively you can include the money with the return (must be sent guaranteed r. Mo via reputable courier.
