Returns
If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you an email with the details you need to return. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We do advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.
REFUNDS We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items. EXCHANGES Once your exchange has been processed we will email you to let you know this has been done. PLEASE NOTE We strongly advise , when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items.
