In Italia, siamo rivenditori ufficiali dei marchi Rigol, Siglent e Flir. 
Presso la nostra sede abbiamo un centro assistenza tecnico, che si occupa della riparazione degli strumenti. 
Avete uno strumento simile? Necessitate di una riparazione, di una calibrazione o di manutenzione?  
Per le calibrazioni ISO 9001:2008 se espressivamente richiesto, con un costo aggiuntivo. In questo caso i tempi di consegna si allungano di 15 giorni, approssimativamente.

- Su ogni strumento dopo essere testato, vengono applicati dei sigilli di garanzia; se rimossi o danneggiati la garanzia decade. Accettiamo la garanzia solo se il guasto non è causato intenzionalmente dall’utente finale. 
- La restituzione è prevista solo in CASO DI GUASTO o MAL FUNZIONAMENTO, causato non intenzionalmente dall'utente finale. Se lo strumento presenta dei difetti, delle mancanze o altro, l'acquirente dovrà spedire l'unità presso la nostra sede sostenendo le spese di trasporto, e noi provvederemo a ripararlo in garanzia (dove previsto) oppure sostituirlo con uno strumento uguale. Lo strumento difettato o guasto ci dovrà pervenire nelle condizioni di imballaggio iniziali (ovvero così come è stato spedito la prima volta) e con tutti gli accessori presenti al momento della vendita. In ogni caso, prima di procedere alla spedizione c/o Metaf, siete pregati di attendere la nostra autorizzazione. 
- Prima di procedere all’acquisto, Vi preghiamo di controllare che l’unità sia disponibile a stock, oppure i relativi tempi di consegna con noi. Gli strumenti che offriamo sono tutti salvo disponibilità, prima di procedere all'acquisto siete pregati di contattarci per avere informazioni più dettagliate sui tempi di consegna. 
- Gradiremmo ricevere feedback positivi, che provvederemo a nostra volta a rilasciarvi. Se avete dei problemi con la vendita, siete pregati di contattarci per risolvere il tutto, ed evitare cosi di ricevere feedback negativi i neutri.

- On each instrument after being tested, are applied seals; if damaged or removed the warranty is void. We accept the warranty only in the event of failure not intentionally caused by the buyer. 
- The refund is required in case of failure or malfunction, caused unintentionally by the end user. If the instrument has defects, deficiencies or the other, the buyer must ship the unit at our office, and we'll repaired (where provided from warranty), or replace it with an instrument equal. When the instrument will be delivered again, must be in the same condition in which it is sold. Before shipping, please contact us and wait for our authorization. 
- Before proceeding to the payment of this unit, please you must sure it is available from stock, or the delivery time with us. 
- We appreciate positive feedback. We leave feedback as soon as we get feedback from you. If   you have any problems with the sale, please try to resolve it with us before you leave us a neutral or negative feedbacks.
