These are new factory 2nd sharpeners.  The are in good functioning condition but do have small dents or scratches some being barely visible.  These units do not include the carrying case. This does include the 8" guide rods for the stones.  Just unassembled for shipping purposes.  Includes 1 set of stones 200 grit on the black side 800 grit on the blue.
