Soy
protein isolate is used mainly in food products to facilitate moisture and fat
absorption, emulsification, aeration and for increasing protein and amino acid
content. Because it is rich in protein, soy protein isolate contributes to the
building of muscle, and athletes use it to help increase lean muscle mass.
Function
Similar
to whey protein isolate, soy protein isolate contains high levels of branched
chain amino acids -- or BCAAs -- which are the first amino acids that are
metabolized during exercise. Soy protein isolate also contains high levels of
leucine, an essential amino acid that stimulates protein synthesis and improves
muscle repair and growth. Because it contains almost no carbohydrates and fat,
it slows down glucose absorption in the blood, lowers insulin levels and helps
your body burn fat. Researchers at the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences say soy protein isolate may also help protect against certain types of
cancer, according to a study published in April 2005 in the "Journal of
the American College of Nutrition.
Soy
protein is not associated with fat or cholesterol, as is the case with many
animal based proteins. Soy protein has one of the highest Lysine contents of
all vegetable protein - this amino acid is important in maintaining lean muscle
mass. It also has the highest content of Arginine of all commercially available

When and How to Use
For
optimum results use 2-3 servings of Pure Source Nutrition Soy Protein daily.
Ideally consume any time during the day as a meal or as post workout drink.
For 1 serving, add 1 level scoop to approximately 350 - 450ml ice cold water or
skimmed milk or fruit juice and shake approximately for 1 minute.

Please note that paying a Cheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up-to 2 weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
If the item you have purchased arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your parcel. We will require a picture of the product including the packaging if this is visibly damaged.
When you have provided this information we will investigate the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as we can. In the unlikely event of an item being incorrect due to an error on our part, we will ask you for a picture of the product and the invoice, once the item is returned we will dispatch the correct item on a 24hr delivery.
If you order something in error or change your mind we will accept a return of the product in its original packaging & unused. Please advise us of this within the first 5 days of receiving your order. This will be returned at your own cost. We will issue your refund within 48hrs upon receipt of the return.
If your original purchase qualified for FREE postage and packaging and you choose to return any part or the entire order, you will be responsible for the postage and packaging we incurred to ship the item(s). Please contact us before returning any items as you will require a returns reference (this enables us to process your return and refund quickly). Any returns received without a returns reference may take longer to process. All refunds are issued within 48hrs from the time we have agreed to the refund
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, and these are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. All parcels require someone to be available upon delivery. Nevertheless, due to unforeseeable circumstances an item might get misrouted and it could take a few days to be redirected to the correct destination.
If no-one is home to take the delivery, the postman should leave you a 'while you were out' card. There are, however, rare cases when the postman may forget to leave a calling card. If you have not received your delivery within 5 days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
If you require a tracking number please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with this information. The tracking number will allow you to view the progress of your delivery online including failed delivery attempts. Please be advised your parcel will only be held for 18 days, if you do not collect it within that time it will be returned to us.
We will contact you via eBay messages to inform you of this and you will be required to pay a re-delivery charge if you wish to have it resent. If your order is dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post and it does not arrive within 1 week please advise us of this.
You will unfortunately have to allow at least 21 days for first class parcels to be delivered as they may still arrive in this time, please be advised we will not be able to investigate these late deliveries until after this period. Please do not ask us to leave a package outside when you are not likely to be home, someone must be available to accept the delivery. Our aim is to have your order delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
If you have purchased one of our heavier products i.e. Bench, squat rack etc. and you wish to return for any reason these must be dismantled and returned with all the original parts and packaging. If you send a product back not in the condition you received it you will incur a 20% admin/re-stocking fee. Please contact us before returning any large products. When buying from us you accept that we are both depending on the reliability of a third party for your delivery to arrive within the time period stated.
Same day dispatch cut off time is 2pm Monday-Friday. We do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. If you order shows as dispatch on a Saturday this will not have been dispatched until the following Monday.
Extra Postage Charge
If you have purchased one of our heavier products (weight above 6kg) you may incur additional postage cost for some parts of the UK.

Express Delivery
Orders received from Monday - Friday before 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same day and delivered within 48 hours. Please note that this service is offered only within the UK and may not be available in some areas. Please ask if in doubt before placing the order.
Orders received after the deadline are dispatched on the next working day and will be delivered within 48 hours.
We will not do any refund if the delivery is delayed nobody is at home at the moment of delivery and the online tracking information shows that the attempt of delivery has been within the schedule time.
International
Packages shipped outside the UK may experience delays depending on the local postal service in the destination country. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for EU member countries, and up to 30 days for non-EU member countries. Due to stricter customs controls in adjacent islands (even EU members), please allow up to 30 days for delivery. No refunds or replacements will be processed before these specified lengths of time.
Please be advised that international delivery may incur additional charges based on delivery country, customs charges and other unforeseen costs which the buyer will be responsible for. We will contact you after your purchase is made as to whether there are additional fees for your international shipment. We always endeavour to keep our international delivery charges as low as possible and will liaise with you accordingly.
