Standard fixed shipping and handling rate applied to the continental 48 states only. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS or USPS ground and in most cases arrive in 2-7 business days after leaving the warehouse, domestic only.

Tracking number will be provided to all buyer after the package has been shipped out. If you don't receive it, please contact us by email.

If the package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, buyer is responsible for re-shipping charge.

If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska, there will be EXTRA charges. Please contact us with postal code and we'll send you a detailed quote, this includes Puerto Rico and US virgin Islands.

Exchange & Return
If product is damaged upon arrival, please email us with a digital photo of the damaged. We will re-ship the item at company's cost.

If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a claim has been approved by the shipping company.

If buyer received incorrect item, please email us with a digital photo of the item. We will be responsible for return and re-shipping charge. (Domestic only)

If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants to return, shipping and handling charge is not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for return shipping charge.

The item must be in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited.
